No. Vocalyy works on your phone number, not on your website. If clients call you, the agent answers — landline or mobile. But if you have a website and want visitors to test the agent there too, we can add that as a separate one-time setup service.

Romanian by default, with natural intonation. If your business gets calls in English, Russian, Ukrainian or another language, we configure the agent to auto-detect and respond in that language. Professional and Premium plans include a second language at no extra cost.

Call data (phone number, metadata, and the full transcript) is stored encrypted on EU servers. The audio recording is not stored by Vocalyy — it is hosted by ElevenLabs (our AI voice sub-processor) and downloads directly to your device on request. Exact retention periods are published in our retention policy. Per GDPR, you own your data and can request full deletion in 30 days.

We notify you by email at 80% of your monthly minutes and again at 100%. Beyond the limit, each extra minute costs €0.30 (Lite), €0.25 (Starter), €0.22 (Professional) or €0.20 (Premium). No call gets cut off — the agent keeps answering. If you consistently exceed, simple fix: upgrade to the next plan and pay less per minute.
